We bundled up and headed downtown for Boston's First Night Celebration. We were
sooooo excited! Boston Commons was beautiful...lights in the trees, ice sculptures, and plenty of snow!
Unfortunately, it was also like -20 degrees and gusting wind at about 40 miles per hour! I would love to tell you that we
tuffed it out and kissed in the Commons at mid-night. The true story....we had our first
smooch of 2009 in our
PJs!!!! It was still a great night!!!

oh, wow. I didn't know you went down there. That was pretty tough...especially for a texas girl.. I'm from Montana and just watching it on TV game me the chills!
